Nowadays, only the remains of ancient walls and gates of the Nikolsky gates reminded about heroic past of the ancient town. Presently the high Kremlin hill is at the summit of which a majestic building the St. Nicholas Cathedral.

14.30 Museum-Preserve " Borodino Field". Spaso-Borodinsky Monastery.

Excursion in the museum-reserve "Borodino Field”. Acquaintance with the museum exposition devoted to the war events of 1812. Sightseeing tour in Spaso-Borodinsky Monastery, which is a memorial named after the dead heroes of the Battle of Borodino.
